Return Policy

We will issue a refund in the tender type as purchased (American Express, Discover, Mastercard or Visa) with a receipt and within 21 days.

Sorry, we cannot exchange or refund (cash, check or credit) Stickers, Pens, Ribbon by the Yard, Sale Items or any stock specially ordered for a customer.  Nor refunds on personalized stationery and invitations.

All Purchases on Sale Items are final.
