When should I order my wedding invitations?
It is generally recommended that you order your wedding invitations about 3-4 months before your wedding. However, we find that the sooner you start, the better. M. Hopple & Co. has everything including traditional, contemporary, simple and extravagant. If you allow yourself plenty of time to see it all, you can be sure you get the invitation you want.
When should I mail out my wedding invitations?
Wedding invitations should be sent out 4-6 weeks before the wedding. However, if your wedding is in the summer or on a holiday weekend, it is recommended to mail them 8 weeks in advance.
When should save the date notices for my wedding be sent?
Save the date cards can be sent out 4-6 months before the wedding.
How much will my wedding invitations cost?
Because of the wide variety of options available in invitations today, it is very hard to quote a general price. Invitations at M. Hopple & Co. can range anywhere from $1.50 a piece to $20.00 a piece.
When should I order my wedding announcements?
Wedding announcements can be ordered at any time since they are sent out on the day of or within a year of the wedding.
How do you assemble a wedding invitation?
Invitations are placed into the envelope with the most important piece on the bottom.
For example:
Invitation on the Bottom, then
Tissue, then
Reception Card, then
Response Envelope, then
Response Card tucked into the flap, then
Directions and Hotel information on the top.

Yes! M. Hopple & Co. provides in-house printing services for our customers. We can personalize invitations, announcements and stationery to suit your event or style. In 2001, we opened a graphics department that specializes in unique designs and custom styles.
What does in-house printing cost?
Charges for the in-house printing can vary depending on the specific needs of your event. Printing prices can range anywhere from $0.40 a piece and up.
How long does in-house printing take?
Simple invitation orders generally take only 3-5 days. However, orders that are more complicated may require a quoted time estimate from a designer.
